SHIPPING POLICY

 Crsta Foods is committed to delivering quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

 

1. PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES

All orders are processed within 2–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

 Total estimated delivery time: 4–15 business days

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

 

2. SAME-DAY DISPATCH

Orders placed before our daily cutoff time may qualify for same-day dispatch, subject to product availability and payment confirmation.

 

3. SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Crsta Foods is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at support@crstafoods.com. We will do our best to update the address before shipment, but changes are not guaranteed once processing begins.

 

4. UNDELIVERABLE & RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer will be responsible for reshipping costs
  • A restocking fee may apply

 

5. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Crsta Foods is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, please:

  • Check with neighbors or your local delivery office
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly
  • File a claim if necessary

 

6. RETURNS & ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  • Perishable or opened food items are not eligible for return

7. OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

If your order contains out-of-stock items:

  • Available items may be shipped first
  • Remaining items will be shipped once back in stock

You will be notified of any delays.

 

8. IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

Crsta Foods is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

 

9. POLICY ACCEPTANCE
